Our products are made to order - so production starts on your product after the order is placed! We expect your order to be delivered within 1 to 3 weeks.

Any products purchased from Maison Matta can be returned for a full refund (minus a $9.99 processing fee* per item) or exchanged with 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the original item must be in the new condition and returned without damage or stains / pet dander or fur / dirt or grass stains / signs of wear, washing, or improper care. Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@maisonmatta.com.
