What is your free standard shipping policy?

We offer free standard shipping for checkout orders over 49 CAD before tax within Canada, and 49 USD before tax in the U.S. (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). 

Do you offer expedited shipping?

We currently do not offer expedited shipping. If expedited shipping is needed, please include an email with your purchase information with requested shipping method and needed date of delivery.

Any exclusion?

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes (including APO and FPO) or the U.S. Territories.

Where does Maison Matta deliver to?

We currently only deliver to Canada and United States.

What if I reside outside of the designated delivery areas?

If you reside in a different country, please email our Customer Care team at support@maisonmatta.com with your name and country. We will reach out once we begin shipping to your country.

When will my order ship?

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Our products are made to order - so production starts on your product after the order is placed! We expect your order to be delivered within 1 to 3 weeks.

Change of Shipping Address

How do I change my shipping address?

You can request a change to the shipping address only if your order has not been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot change the shipping address.

What if my package arrives damaged?

Maison Matta is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim.
